How We Open
We begin with a brief grounding and a soft check-in. You share what called you here. The container is sacred and unhurried — there is nothing you need to do but arrive.
During the Work
You may feel subtle warmth, deep stillness, or vivid imagery — every soul receives differently. I translate, channel, or hold space depending on the offering. Tears, laughter, and silence are all welcome.
Closing & Integration
We close with grounding and a recap of what came through. You receive integration guidance — and for some sessions, a sacred drawing or written summary. Your work continues gently in the days that follow.
